Replacement & Exchange Policy
All of our jewelry has a lifetime manufacturers guarantee. If there
is a manufacturing flaw please notify us immediately to replace the
product. The lifetime guarantee on all of our lines does not cover
mistreatment or normal wear and tear of the item. With proper care, we
assure you these items will far outlast even their own timeless fashion.
No refunds are available on our product line. However, we
understand that a style, size or plating of jewelry may not be the best
fit for you or the recipient of the jewelry. We want to ensure your
satisfaction; and therefore, we gladly enforce a friendly replacement
and exchange policy. You may either visit us in-person at the kiosk for
an immediate exchange or you may ship the product with your request to
our Replacement Department.
All exchanges and/or replacements must be accompanied with
your original receipt of purchase, along with your name, phone number,
e-mail address, return shipping address, and a detailed explanation of
the reason for your exchange and/or replacement. Upon receipt of your
item, we will either exchange it for the exact same item (pending
availability) or replace it with an item of similar value and style
based on your request. All exchanges and replacements must be for the
same item or an item of equal or greater value to the original purchase.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we will go out
of our way to achieve it. We do want your repeat business. Contact an
